In the Vanessa Hudgens interview in the current issue of CosmoGIRL, it says: At the interview, Vanessa grabbed a laptop and Googled a Vanessa Hudgens fansite so we could laugh at her dorky Travelodge commercial she did at 9 with a guy in a bear suit and J.O.N.A.S.'S Chelsea Staub. "Isn't she dating Joe Jonas?" Vanessa asks me, before catching herself, as if realizing she just broke into the celeb code of secrecy. "I mean, she's been (italicized)seen with him." she grins, as though she knows more than she can dish.

They have a right to date whoever they want. And I dont think they are dating because I dont think they would lie to their fans when they say they are all single. They would make their fans really angry!
